It's a forum that holds a lot of English speaking countries from around the world, I just want to say; the Olympics? It's on.

I always love watching the Olympics, but unfortunately, I don't have very many opportunities to watch it because I'm at camp right now I was so angry I missed out on the opening ceremony... I heard there was a Voldy tribute and Paul McCartney and Arctic Monkeys were there? AND I MISSED IT. NOOOO.

It was amazing but non British people might have had trouble understanding the industrial Revelation and the land army bits. Who doesn't love the Olympics!

The opening ceremony was like GBR going "We're putting all this crazy poop in our opening and you cant do anything about it, sexytime you female dawggyes"
I'm still disappointed no one fell while carrying the torch and David Tennant didn't swoop in and end up running with it. That would have been so awesome..
Also the bit with the winged bicycle creature things- when one of them started flying in the air, I was SURE E.T was going to take part...

I EVEN HEARD A TARDIS SOUND SOMEWHERE ASDFGH. Yeah, it was pretty good, and I thought about that too, Sarah. 204 nations wtf'ing at chimneys - amusing. If anyone hasn't seen it yet - twitpic.com/acnii3 The Women's road race today was awesome. We - or Lizzie Armitstead, rather - won silver!

I'm not a big fan of the Summer Olympics. I mean, I'll watch them sometimes, but not as passionately as I do the Winter Olympics.

I only really watch two winter olympic sports. Snowboarding and ice skating.

I watch pretty much everything when it comes to winter Olympics, but my favourite is ice hockey by far.

... Guiiise, have we even won anything yet... /dammit GBR.
The only gold I know of that we could have got was that 15 year old swimmer from Plymouth.
...Turns out she was competing for bloody Lithuania instead though. FML.

FML. ^^you guys got a medal in Men's Gymnastics which is like the first one you've gotten in a 100 years, so that's super impressive! Right now, China is pretty much dominating. I mean, the US and China are tied for medals, but China has 4 more gold than the US. Michael Phelps set the record for over all medals today! I thought that was super impressive. He could have up to 22 by the end of the Olympics! It's pretty crazy that he has 15 gold.
