Sometimes (all the time) we (I) need to procrastinate.
Who's got exams?

I still don't really understand how the school system in the UK works. I have a total of 17 days until my summer break. I have a bunch of stuff to do, but it's a little different from regular school, even here.

^I don't even understand how it works across the UK, it seems everywhere is completely different. I basically only know how my school works and trust that it's the same everywhere else, which is apparently false. Because of my subjects I only have three exams, two of which I did in January (Eng Lit: A, ICT CCEA poopty course: C) since they're both also coursework based, it basically means that even though I got a C I didn't really need to resit because I had the potential to bump it up to an A with good coursework. Art doesn't sit an exam because its modular projects. My only exam was 13th May: Philosophy and Ethics. Technically two separate exams 3 hours in total started at 9:05 and finished at 12:20 due to having a short break to stretch/chat in the exam hall- was weird. Since my Art coursework deadline was literally 3 days prior to this, I basically didn't revise until the weekend where I did the majority of my cramming on Sunday night. (Mistaaaaaake-) According to one girl from Upper Sixth who was resitting (this was her 4th attempt) this was the hardest exam she's done yet. Then again, if she's resitting that many times, I question her judgement..

In the US we have like fifty-bajillion different exams you have to take: ACT, SAT, SAT IIs, APs, not to mention final exams at the end of the school year. I have to take all my exams this month. It sucks.

^I didn't take any SAT IIs. I took so many APs that there wasn't any SAT IIs that made sense for me to take anyway. but yeah, ACT & SAT suck. I only took them each once.
