No english library seems to stock them, neither do waterstones.
In Wiki it says it was published in the US as "I am the messenger" but says nothing about UK. =/.

Get it as an audiobook? Or look around at sneaky little indepedndent bookstores, they sometimes have the awesomest stuff.
And I've heard this before, I hate the title 'I am the Messenger'. Too....complicated.
