None. Sorry, but you just can't dive into them. Catcher in the Rye on the other hand was an excellent choice.

And I think both the Ruby and the Smoke and Fear the Worst I first books, ones you could jump right into. Oh yeah, thanks Eni. *sends pm* Fear The Worst - Linwood Barclay But you didn't vote for them?

Lol, but can we have something more... modern? Like maybe a more recent book, which, preferably, isn't a big hunky junky spy book where I'll pull out my super-duper laser watch to save the world, but something more like the Malorie Blackman books.

I wouldn't say any of those are massively chunky.

Artemis fowl sounds like a great choice, although I have read all the others bar barclay, so would be interested in what you guys think about them, all are pretty good choices so whatever is good for me.

Hmm... Interesting michael. Suppose thats near enough what I'm looking for, though I presume, from the movie I've seen, it's still not as mature as Noughts and Crosses? Actually, I think that Noughts and Crosses wouldn't be a bad book to read.

Most've us have already read that.
Fear the Worst is a thriller about a man that wonders why his daughter isn't home one night, he checks at her work, and it seems that she's never been working there... dum, dum duuuuum.

I think Friday/Saturday would be a good idea.
I'm ordering books now, so, as it is, i'll get Hunger too.
Dammit. could be easier said than done.
