I got hold of a program called Sai a while ago and it is <3, so 'cos I don't want to waste it I'm trying to learn to draw xD. Here is a mix of Sai and PS - textures and bg done in PS (flashy stuff is a texture from DA but I can't remember whom made it.)

It looks great, but pink background looks really cheesy.

Yeah BG was a last addition thing xP.
Ah, what do you mean the website I did it on? I drew it on a program called Paint tool Sai, and uploaded it to tinypic, here and theartforums.

Wow, really good. The drawing looks a bit 2D in places, and the chin is a bit too pointy but still very good.

"Whom made it"? Really? 'Tis "who made it", although I'm not trying to be patronising. May well have been a typo. Anyway, looks great, although I agree that the background does look a tad cheesey. Also I think the head is slightly out of proportion, although I can't quite pinpoint what it is, so I'm afraid that was pretty useless. Maybe slightly flat? Not sure. Far better than I could do, anyway. Keep on with it!

I think what Will has spotted, and my own opinion, is that the mouth is a little too high. But apart from that it is great.
